Getting Ready

Well, I'm getting ready for my first deployment. Buying all kinds of goodies, things that I will probably never use, but definately some good things to have just in case. I'm pretty excited about this deployment, although it is putting a huge amount of stress on my family and kids, so that upsets me, but I guess it's the nature of the beast. It's just never easy to leave your family, whether its for a day, a month, or a year... It's all hard. I have a journal that I will be writing in daily and I will also be updating this with the same info, that way I have a hard copy as well as an electronic copy.
